FAQs
Orders & Shipping
Most unframed print orders ship within 2–3 business days from our studio in Midway, Utah. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently ship to customers in the United States and Canada. If you are outside these countries and really have your heart set on a Pinecones print, contact us and we’ll see if we can arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, destination, and the shipping method you select. From time to time, we may run free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly shown on the site when available.
To help your art arrive safely:
Smaller prints are typically shipped flat in a protective rigid mailer.
Larger prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy tube or reinforced mailer.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. That link will take you directly to the carrier’s tracking page with the latest delivery updates.
If you created a Pinecone Print Shop account, you can log in anytime and view your order status and tracking information in the My Orders section.
If you checked out using Shop Pay or have the Shop app connected to the same email you used at checkout, your order may automatically appear in the Shop app for easy tracking and delivery updates.
If you checked out as a guest, you can track your order using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
If you can’t find your tracking email or need help locating your order, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days or shows “delivered” but you don’t have your package, please:
Double-check with household members and around your building or porch.
Check with your local post office or carrier using your tracking number.
If you still can’t locate your package after taking those steps, reach out with your order number and tracking info. We’ll review the situation with you and the carrier and determine next steps on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the value of the order and any carrier findings.
We’re not responsible for theft after delivery, but we’ll always help you troubleshoot.
Returns & Changes
For unframed prints, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original form of payment. Items must be in new, unused condition.
Framed prints, board-mounted prints, and digital downloads (once available) will be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of damage or defect.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping or provide a pre-paid return label so we can make it right. For all other returns (like a change of mind, size, or style), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll help with a replacement or refund. Use the form on our Returns page so we have your order number and details in one place.
We start preparing orders quickly so you can get your art on the wall as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, reach out as soon as you can using the form on our Contact or Returns page.
We can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or shipped, but we’ll do our best to help.
Artwork & Products
Pinecones Print Shop offers both contemporary artwork created in-house and museum-quality reproductions of historic artworks that are now in the public domain. We carefully prepare each image so it feels at home in a modern space.
Historic Masterworks are public-domain artworks whose copyrights have expired. We produce new, high-quality reproductions of these pieces, honoring the original artist while making their work accessible and affordable for modern homes.
We print on heavyweight, museum-grade papers selected for their texture, tonal depth, and ability to capture the feel of original artwork. Combined with archival pigment inks and careful print preparation, this creates prints with a soft, painterly presence and dimensionality you don’t always see in standard art prints.
Yes. The paper itself has a rich but subtle texture that gives the artwork a more tactile, painterly feel. The image is printed flat (there’s no raised paint or physical brushstrokes), but the paper and print process are chosen to echo the look of original work.
Yes. All prints are produced using archival pigment inks on museum-grade, acid-free material, chosen for longevity, stability, and visual fidelity when displayed and cared for in normal home conditions.
We plan to offer additional formats like digital downloads and canvas or board-mounted prints in the future, but they’re not available just yet. For now, our focus is on high-quality unframed paper prints.
Not yet. Framed options are coming soon. If you’d like to know when frames are available, you can join our email list or follow along on Instagram for updates.
